If you booked directly with us, you can manage it from sholeolodges.com → My Booking or email us at booking.losgigantes@sholeolodges.com with:
- Full name
- Booking number
- Arrival date
- Contact phone
If you booked through platforms like Booking.com or Expedia, you’ll need to handle the cancellation or change directly with that platform.
Conditions:
- Flexible rate → free cancellation up to 48h before arrival (21 days during special dates). After that window, the first night will be charged
- Non-Refundable rate → no refund
