No. Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes does not accept stag or hen parties or similar celebrations.

We do organize other types of private events, like meetings, birthdays or company events.

If you booked directly with us, you can manage it from sholeolodges.com → My Booking or email us at booking.losgigantes@sholeolodges.com with:

• Full name
• Booking number
• Arrival date
• Contact phone

If you booked through platforms like Booking.com or Expedia, you'll need to handle the cancellation or change directly with that platform.

Conditions:

• Flexible rate → free cancellation up to 48h before arrival (21 days during special dates). After that window, the first night will be charged
• Non-Refundable rate → no refund

Half board includes:

• Buffet breakfast from 07:30h to 10:30h
• À la carte dinner at The Original Hub from 19:00h to 22:00h, including starter + main + dessert

Drinks are not included in either service.

Important: on the nights of 25 December and 31 December the regular menu is offered, with no gala dinner.

If your flight or transfer is before 07:30h, you can request a picnic to go. Just ask at reception the day before.
