Modernisation project of the former Jardín del Sol apartments for their conversion into the 4-star hotel Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.
This project is co-financed by the European Union under the Regional Economic Incentives Programme.
Photovoltaic installation for self-consumption financed by the NextGenerationEU Funds and the Government of the Canary Islands.
The project promotes renewable electricity generation and the decarbonisation of the Canary Islands archipelago. The installation includes 245 photovoltaic modules, with a total power output of 112.70 kWp.
The project involved an investment of €129,056.61, with granted funding amounting to €96,130.92.

It has 168 contemporary rooms with views of the garden, pool or complex. It shares the Sholeo Lodges spirit: social spaces, relaxed atmosphere and experiences to enjoy at your own pace.

Reception is open 24h. After check-out, you can keep enjoying the hotel facilities at no extra cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.

If you plan to arrive after 20:00h, let the reception team know in advance to keep your booking active. Otherwise, it may be cancelled automatically and 100% of the outstanding amount may be charged.
At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas we don't have private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.

- Showering before entering is mandatory
- Children under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult
- No diving headfirst into the water
- No inflatables or balls in the water
- No reserving loungers with clothes or items when not in use; staff may remove them
- No glass or glass containers in the pool area
- No speakers or loud music
- No pets in the pool
