If you forgot something during your stay, you can write to us as soon as possible with a description of the item and where you think you might have lost it, or call us directly so we can help locate it.

Important information:

• Lost-and-found items are kept for a maximum of 90 days from when they’re found
• ID documents (national ID or passport) are handed over to the police if unclaimed
• Perishable food items are discarded the following day
• If you need us to send the item to you, shipping costs are at your expense

In-person pickup Monday to Friday, from 8:00h to 14:00h.
