You have free WiFi across the entire property, with speeds up to 200 Mbit/s.

To connect:
1. Turn on WiFi on your device and select the Sholeo Lodges network.
2. The login page will open automatically. Enter your room number and your last name.
3. Accept the privacy policy.
4. You're ready to browse!

If you have any connection issue, you can contact reception by calling +34 828 690 005 (option 0) or dialing *9 from your room phone.

At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas we use a flexible cleaning system that's kinder to the environment. You decide when you want us to clean your room, avoiding unnecessary interruptions and helping us reduce our environmental impact.

Cleaning frequency:

• Room cleaning and bed-linen changes happen every 3 days
• Stays of less than 3 nights: no cleaning service included
• Bed linen is changed during the first cleaning service

If you want to request a cleaning or change the schedule, you can do it at reception or from the hotel's web app, in the "Personalize my stay" section.

Additional services:

• Extra cleaning: 25 €. Request it at reception 24h in advance
• 1 € from each extra cleaning is donated to Fundación Foresta
• Additional towel change: 2.50 €/towel.

Laundry:

• Express service: drop-off before 9:00h → pickup in 24h
• Request at reception

Outdoor pool heated to 24°C all year round.

Hours:

• Pool: from 10:00h to 20:00h
• Lifeguard service: from 10:00h to 18:00h
• Maximum capacity: 50 persons

Pool towels:

• Refundable 10 € cash deposit at reception, valid for the whole stay
• Extra towel change: 2.50 €
• The white room towels can't be used at the pool

Rules:

• Showering before entering is mandatory
• Children under 6 must always be accompanied by an adult
• No diving headfirst into the water
• No inflatables or balls in the water
• No reserving loungers with clothes or items when not in use; staff may remove them
• No glass or glass containers in the pool area
• No speakers or loud music
• No pets in the pool

In case of emergency, call 112 or contact reception from your room by dialing *9.

Each room has a 42" TV with built-in Chromecast, so you can stream content from your phone, tablet or computer directly to the screen.

How to use it:
1. Press the Home button on the TV remote.
2. Scan the QR code that appears on the screen or visit the URL shown.
3. Follow the steps and start casting from your device.

Compatible with platforms like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, YouTube and Spotify, plus many other iOS and Android apps. You can also share a tab from the Google Chrome browser.

Important: your device must be connected to the Sholeo Lodges WiFi network for Chromecast to work properly.

All rooms have a free safe. We recommend keeping documents, money and valuables in it.

How to set it up for the first time:
1. Enter a code with 4 to 6 digits.
2. Confirm by pressing the hash button (#).
3. The screen will show "CLOSED".

How to open it:
1. Enter your code.
2. The screen will show "OPEN".

How to close it again:
1. Enter your code and press (#).
2. The screen will show "CLOSED".

Important: the hotel is not responsible for valuables not stored in the safe.

Yes. The hotel has a free 24h gym for guests, and a padel court available from 10:00h to 22:00h (booking at reception).

You can also rent bikes from 6 €/day, scooters, buggies and jet skis.

The hotel has different spaces to eat, disconnect and enjoy at your own pace throughout the day.

Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas is a smoke-free space. Smoking is not allowed inside the rooms or in enclosed shared areas.

You can smoke in the following designated areas:

• Outside the reception (main entrance)
• Rooftop terrace
• Main pool terrace
• Room balconies and terraces

All rooms and shared areas have smoke detectors. Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in additional charges for damages and cancellation of your stay.
