From the airport you can get here easily by bus, taxi or private transfer:

- Approximate journey: 30 minutes.
- Tickets can be bought directly on the bus or at authorized points.

- From Gran Canaria Airport (LPA): journey of about 25 minutes.

If you arrive in Gran Canaria by boat, you can easily get here by bus or taxi:

Tickets can be bought directly on the bus or at authorized points.

- From Puerto de Las Palmas: journey of about 55 minutes.
Yes. You can leave your luggage at reception at no extra cost before check-in or after check-out and keep enjoying the island or the facilities hands-free.

Check-in is available from 15:00h and check-out must be done before 12:00h.
Reception is open 24h. After check-out, you can keep enjoying the hotel facilities at no extra cost before continuing your trip or exploring the island further.
To make your arrival quicker and more comfortable, you can complete the online pre check-in at sholeolodges.com/pre-check-in.
If you plan to arrive after 20:00h, let the reception team know in advance to keep your booking active. Otherwise, it may be cancelled automatically and 100% of the outstanding amount may be charged.
If you forgot something during your stay, you can write to us as soon as possible with a description of the item and where you think you might have lost it, or call us directly so we can help locate it.

Important information:
- Lost-and-found items are kept for a maximum of 90 days from when they're found
- ID documents (national ID or passport) are handed over to the police if unclaimed
- Perishable food items are discarded the following day
- If you need us to send the item to you, shipping costs are at your expense
