2. Enter your apartment number and your last name
3. Click "Copy URL" and then "Continue"
4. Read and accept the legal notice and privacy policy

Las Palmas Flats has a different cleaning policy from the Lodges:

• Stays of more than 7 nights: 1 cleaning included
• Stays of 7 nights or fewer: no cleaning service included

From the seventh night onwards, a cleaning similar to a new arrival is carried out, usually between the fourth and fifth night of the stay. This cleaning includes towel change, bed-linen change and a general cleaning of the apartment, except for the dishes in the sink.

If you need an additional cleaning, you can request it at least 24 hours in advance by emailing info.laspalmas@sholeolodges.com.

Cleaning packs (only bed-linen and towel change):

• Complete Pack (large towel + small towel + bathmat + duvet cover + sheets + pillowcase): 9 € · Extra 3rd person: +4 €
• Towels Pack (large towel + small towel + bathmat): 6 € · Extra 3rd person: +4 €
• Single Linen Pack (duvet cover + sheets + pillowcase): 9 € · Extra 3rd person: +4 €
• Double Linen Pack (duvet cover + sheets + pillowcase): 9.50 € · Extra 3rd person: +4 €

The apartment's air conditioning is controlled with a remote.

When you go out or you're not using it, remember to turn it off to help us reduce energy consumption and keep pushing for a more sustainable stay.

All TVs have built-in Chromecast.

To connect:
1. Tune to channel 90 on the television
2. Scan with your phone the QR code that appears on the screen
3. Access your favorite platforms directly, like Netflix, Disney+, HBO Max, Prime Video, YouTube or Spotify, without entering passwords on the TV

Yes, Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats has a vending area accessible 24 hours, every day of the year.

The apartments don't have an individual washing machine. The building has a shared self-service laundry equipped with washing machines, dryers and worktables to organize your clothes comfortably.

Access hours:

• Sholeo Lodges guests: 24/7 access
• External users: limited-hours access

The service is paid and accepts card only.

Cool Working Café

• Open Wednesday to Sunday, from 07:30h to 15:00h
• Buffet breakfast with vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options
• Snacks, coffee and drinks
• Ideal space for breakfast, working or taking a break during the day

You'll also find supermarkets, cafés and restaurants just a few minutes' walk from the building.

Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats is a smoke-free space. Smoking is forbidden inside the apartments and in all enclosed shared areas of the building.

Designated smoking areas:

• Main entrance of the building
• Roof Rocks (rooftop)

All facilities have smoke detectors. Smoking in unauthorized areas may result in charges for damages and cancellation of your stay.
