Arrival & Departure
Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats operates without a physical reception. The access and check-in process is fully autonomous.
Before arrival:
1. Complete the online pre check-in via the link or QR you'll receive by email
2. Enter your last name and booking number, or scan the QR directly
3. Add the details of all guests and sign the terms and conditions
4. You'll receive by email the information needed to access the building and the apartment
On arrival at the building (Juan Rejón, 20):
1. Enter the access code on the keypad of the main door
2. Select language on the Autocheck-In terminal
3. Scan your booking's QR or manually enter the booking holder's last name and booking number
4. Scan the national ID or passport of all guests (can also be done manually if needed)
5. If there's any pending amount, you can pay it directly at the terminal
6. Once the process is complete, you'll receive the apartment number and access code
Digital key:
- Download the Omnitec app (App Store / Google Play)
- Log in with the credentials received by email
- Carry your digital key directly on your phone
Important:
- Don't forget to collect your documentation from the terminal
- Check-out is until 11:00h. After that, the access code stops working

Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats has no physical reception. Access and check-in work autonomously via self check-in and an autocheck-in terminal in the hall.
On-site assistance in the building:

Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats does not have its own luggage storage in the building.

Important: from 11:00h onwards, the apartment access code stops working.
The check-in process at Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats is fully autonomous (self check-in): there is no physical reception.
On arrival at the building, you can access via the self check-in kiosk using the QR code received by email or by manually entering the booking holder's last name and booking number.
During the process, you'll need to scan the ID documents of all guests and, if there's any pending amount, you can pay it directly at the terminal.
Once check-in is complete, you'll receive your apartment number and access code.
