The only reliable way to confirm that an email is genuine is to check the sender’s domain—the part after the @ symbol.
All official emails from Sholeo Lodges are sent exclusively from @sholeolodges.com. If the sender’s address is anything other than this, do not click on any links and contact us directly.
The process always follows this order:
- First, you’ll receive an informational email from our reservations team.
- You will then receive a second email automatically generated by Redsys from TPVVirtual@redsys.es, the official payment gateway for Spain’s leading banks, containing the link to complete the payment.
Before paying, check:
- The sender of the first email ends with @sholeolodges.com
- The URL of the payment link begins with https://sis.redsys.es or https://sis-t.redsys.es
- The payment page uses a secure connection (https).
