Yes, we welcome cats and dogs at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas. You can add your pet as an add-on during the booking process. Spots are limited, so we recommend flagging it as early as possible.

General conditions:

• Maximum weight: 15 kg
• Maximum 1 pet per room
• Cost: 20 €/day
• Required documentation before check-in: up-to-date vet/vaccination record and valid liability insurance
• The pet must always be on a leash in shared areas
• It can't be left alone in the room at any moment (not even during cleaning)

Welcome kit: bed, feeder, water bowl and a treat or gift

Dogs:

• They can access shared areas, always on a leash
• At the restaurant, only on the terrace or at separate tables
• Access to the pool area is not allowed

Cats:

• Must stay exclusively in the room
• Must be transported in a carrier or on a leash

Yes. At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas we have accessible rooms and Autism Friendly certification, so that more people can enjoy their stay comfortably and peacefully.

• Elevator on all floors of the hotel

Yes, children are welcome at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas.

Conditions and rates:

• Babies 0–1 year: free. Cot on request, at no extra cost (max. 1 per room)
• Children 2–11 years: reduced rate
• From 12 years old: adult rate

Some rooms can accommodate up to 2 adults and 1 child. Maximum occupancy may vary depending on the room type booked.

Minors under 16 must always stay accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. Minors aged 16–18 may stay alone only with written authorization from their guardian.

Parents or guardians are responsible for supervising minors at all times. Use of the elevator is not allowed without an adult companion.

At Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas we don't have private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.
