The only reliable way to confirm that an email is genuine is to check the sender's domain—the part after the @ symbol.

All official emails from Sholeo Lodges are sent exclusively from @sholeolodges.com. If the sender's address is anything other than this, do not click on any links and contact us directly.

The process always follows this order:

1. First, you'll receive an informational email from our reservations team.

2. You will then receive a second email automatically generated by Redsys from TPVVirtual@redsys.es, the official payment gateway for Spain's leading banks, containing the link to complete the payment.

Before paying, check:

• The sender of the first email ends with @sholeolodges.com

• The URL of the payment link begins with https://sis.redsys.es or https://sis-t.redsys.es

• The payment page uses a secure connection (https).

If you booked directly with Sholeo Lodges, you can manage it from sholeolodges.com → My Booking or by emailing us at booking.laspalmas@sholeolodges.com.

If you booked through another platform (such as Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), you'll need to make the change or cancellation directly from that platform.

The payment link is valid for 48 hours after it is sent.
