Important: for your bookings to count, you have to log into your account before booking. Spending at the restaurant, spa or activities doesn't count toward leveling up.

At all our properties you can choose between three types of rate, depending on how much flexibility you want for your trip:
- Non-Refundable: the lowest available price. Full payment is made online when booking and is not refundable in case of cancellation.
- Semi-Flexible: a first payment is made at booking and the remaining amount before arrival.
- Flexible: payment is made at the property on arrival. Includes free cancellation up to 48 hours before arrival (21 days during special dates). If you cancel outside that window, you'll be charged the first night.
All prices include 7% IGIC. None of our properties applies a tourist tax.

Smoking is not allowed in rooms, apartments or indoor shared areas.
- Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas have designated outdoor smoking areas. You can ask the reception team for details on arrival.
- Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats does not have a designated indoor smoking area inside the building.
We don't accept stag or hen parties or similar celebrations at any of our properties. And yes, this policy is here to stay.
We do organize other types of groups and events, like team offsites, corporate events, private birthdays or product launches.

At all our properties, all guests included in the booking must present a valid photo ID (national ID card or passport).
If you're traveling with a passport, it must be valid for at least 3 months after your departure date.
At Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, check-in is done autonomously via a kiosk, so you'll need the documentation of all guests to complete the process.
Yes, we welcome cats and dogs at all our properties. You can add your pet as an add-on during the booking process. Spots are limited, so we recommend flagging it as early as possible.
General conditions:
- Maximum weight: 15 kg · Maximum 1 pet per room or apartment-
- Cost: 20 €/day
- Required documentation before check-in: up-to-date vet/vaccination record + valid liability insurance
- Leash required in all shared areas
- The pet can't be left alone at any moment (not even during cleaning)
Welcome kit:
- At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes and Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas: bed, feeder, water bowl and a treat or gift.
- At Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats: bed, feeder and water bowl
Dogs:
- Access to shared areas on a leash.
- At the Lodges' restaurants, they may only be on the terrace or at separate tables.

Cats:

Yes. If you travel with your laptop, you've got your space too. All our properties are designed for digital nomads and remote workers looking to combine work, destination and a more flexible way of traveling.
- Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes: Cool Working on the basement floor, open 24h for guests. 200 Mbit/s WiFi. You can also work at the Original Hub.
- Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas: doesn't have a coworking space, but you can work at the Original Hub, with high-speed WiFi and outlets for your laptop.
- Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats: Cool Working Café open 24h (coffee and snacks service Wednesday to Sunday, 07:30h to 15:00h).
In addition, all properties have free high-speed WiFi and USB and USB-C ports in rooms and apartments.

We actively partner with Fundación Foresta to support the recovery of the Canary Islands' forests:

The Flat (Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flat) is a more urban and flexible concept: apartments with a kitchen, self check-in, Cool Working Café and Roof Rocks (shared rooftop). No physical reception, but with 24h phone support.
