1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, approach the door and enter the access code on the keypad.
2. Select your language.
3. Fill in the details displayed on the screen or scan the QR code that you received in the booking confirmation email.
- If opting for manual entry, enter the surname of the main guest and the reservation number.
- If you are unsure of your details, please contact our call centre at +34 928 335 960.
4. Check that the information is correct and press the arrow to continue.
5. Prepare the identification documents of all guests in the booking and press the icon displayed on the screen.
- You will not be able to proceed if you do not have all identification documents or if the occupants of the booking have changed without prior notification. If this happens, the emergency number will be called.
6. Enter your details: place your passport or ID card, front side up, in the scanner at the self-check-in kiosk.
- Depending on the document type, a green message will appear confirming that the same process must be completed with the reverse side of the document.
- Ensure the green confirmation message appears after scanning the front. If, for any reason, scanning is not possible, you may enter the details manually.
7. A screen displaying the completed details will appear. Press the “Next” button to proceed.
8. Enter the requested information on the next screen; fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
9. If the details are correct, a confirmation screen will appear. Press “Next.”
10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to continue. You will not be able to proceed if this step is not completed.
11. Key collection: If you have any outstanding balance to pay, the screen will display the amount due, and you will complete the payment through the device next to the monitor.
- If no payment is pending, wait a few seconds while your room keys are processed.
12. Read the important instructions, discover your room number and access code.
- Once everything has been read, it is important to press “Next.”
- You will also receive this information via email.
13. Rate your experience and press “Finish.”
- Do not forget to collect your documents from the kiosk.
- Check-out is at 11:00. After this time, the keys will stop working.
