What are the hotel check-in and check-out times?

The official check-in time is from 15:00 h. and the check-out time is 12:00 h.

How do the early check-in and late check-out services work?

We have different options for early check-in and late check-out, both with an additional cost and subject to availability. Early check-in cannot be booked in advance.

How does the Fast but Good service work?

Fast but Good is a new concept of fast, healthy, natural and freshly prepared food and drink, to recharge your energy and be ready for the adventures that await you.

Reinforcing the flexibility that is one of the values of our brand, all our gastronomic offer can be enjoyed under the concept All day dining: eat and drink when you want, uninterrupted from morning to night.

Or if you prefer, you can also book half board, consisting of a varied breakfast with a multitude of options and dinner including 1 starter, 1 main course and 1 dessert (drinks not included).

Does the hotel offer gluten-free food options?

In our meal options we offer a gluten-free dish (grilled fish or meat) as well as vegan or vegetarian options (such as salads or rice). In addition, we are fully available to find a dish to suit your preferences. You can check our website and click on “Sholeo App” to see all the products available in the restaurant.

How does the cleaning and change of bed linen and towels service work?

The cleaning of the room and change of bed linen is done every 3 days, except for stays of 4 days, where it will be done on the second day. If you would like an additional cleaning, it can be arranged at reception at a cost of 25 €, of which we donate 1 € to the Foresta Foundation. If you only want an additional change of towels, the cost will be 2,50 €/towel.

Does the hotel have parking facilities?

At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes we do not have private parking, but you can park for free in the surrounding streets.

Does the hotel provide cots for babies?

Yes, at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes we provide cots for babies. Please request the cot when you make your booking so that we can have everything ready for your arrival.

What are the opening hours of the swimming pool, is it heated?

The swimming pool is heated and is open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm. It also has surveillance throughout its opening hours.

How does the pool towel service work at the hotel?

You can request pool towels at reception, where you will be asked for a deposit of €10 (cash only). On departure, when you return the towel, the deposit will be refunded. If you stay for more than one week, you are entitled to one towel change per week.
