Check-in is available anytime after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
Early check-in and late check-out are not available.

1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Santa Catalina Flats, enter the access code on the keypad.
2. Select your language.
3. Fill in the details on the screen or scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email. If entering manually, provide the last name of the booking holder and the reservation number. If you do not have this information, contact our central desk at +34 928 335 960.
4. Check that all details are correct and press the arrow to continue.
5. Prepare the identification documents of all guests in the reservation and press the icon displayed on the screen. You cannot proceed if you do not have all required identification documents or if there has been a change in occupants without prior communication. If this occurs, the emergency contact will be called.
6. Enter your details: place the front side of your ID or passport in the designated slot at the self-check-in station. Depending on the document type, a green message will appear prompting you to scan the back. Ensure the green message appears after scanning the front. If scanning is not possible, you can enter the details manually.
7. A screen with all the completed details will appear. Press “Next” to continue.
8. Enter any additional required information. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
9. If the details are correct, press “Next.”
10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed. You cannot continue without completing this step.
11. Key Collection: If you have a pending balance, the amount will be displayed on the screen, and payment can be made via the device next to the monitor. If no balance is due, wait a few seconds for the room keys to be processed.
12. Read the important instructions, find out your room number and access code. Once everything is reviewed, it is essential to press “Next.”
13. You will also receive this information via email.
14. Rate your experience and press “Finish.” Don’t forget to collect your documents from the slot.
    Check-out time is at 11:00; after this time, the key will stop working.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. From the seventh night, a full cleaning, similar to what is done for new guests, will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night. This includes a linen and towel change and a thorough cleaning, except for washing dishes in the sink. If you require additional cleaning, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

We do not have private parking. Most of our guests park on the street, which is free 24/7.
