Check-in is available any time after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.

1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, approach the entrance and enter your access code on the keypad.
2. Select your language.
3. Fill in the details on the screen or scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email.
4. If entering details manually, provide the surname of the main guest and the reservation number. If unsure, contact our call centre at +34 928 335 960.
5. Check that your details are correct and press the arrow to continue.
6. Prepare the identification documents for all guests and press the icon shown on the screen.
7. You will not be able to continue if you don’t have all identification documents or if the number of guests has changed without prior notice. If this happens, the emergency number will be called.
8. Scan your passport or ID card in the self-check-in scanner.
9. A green message will confirm that you must scan the reverse side of the document.
   If scanning is unsuccessful, you can enter the details manually.
10. Check all entered details and press Next. Complete the required fields (marked with an asterisk) and press Next. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.

Key Collection:

If you have an outstanding balance, the screen will display the amount, and payment can be completed via the device next to the monitor.
If no payment is due, wait while your room keys are processed.
Read the important information, find your room number and access code, and press Next.
You will also receive this information by email.

Rate your experience and press Finish.
Do not forget to collect your documents from the kiosk.

Check-out time is 11:00—after this, your keys will stop working.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. A mid-stay clean (similar to a new arrival clean) will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night.

This includes:

• Changing towels and bed linen
• Cleaning the apartment (excluding any dishes in the sink)

For additional cleaning services, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Sorry, we do not have parking. Most guests park on the street, which is free 24/7.
