What are the check-in and check-out times at Sholeo Lodges Las Canteras Flats?

Check-in is available any time after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
We do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.

How does the check-in process work?

• Stand in front of Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, enter the access code on the keypad.
• Select your language.
• Fill in the required details on the screen or scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email.
• If entering details manually, provide the surname of the main guest and booking number. If you are unsure, contact our reception at +34 928 335 960.
• Verify your details and press the arrow to continue.
• Have the identification documents of all guests ready and scan them as instructed. If any required document is missing or if there is an unreported change in the guest list, the system will prevent you from continuing and an emergency call will be made.
• Scan the front of your ID card or passport in the designated slot at the self-check-in station. If required, scan the back of the document as well. Ensure a green message appears confirming the scan. If scanning is not possible, you may enter the details manually.
• Review all completed details on the next screen and press “Next”.
• Enter any additional details required, fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
• If all details are correct, press “Next”.
• Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed. You will not be able to continue without completing this step.
• Collect your keys: If you have an outstanding balance, you will see the amount due on the screen and can pay using the device next to the monitor. If there are no pending payments, wait a few seconds while your room keys are processed.
• Read the important information, check your room number and access code, and press “Next”.
• You will also receive all details via email.
• Rate your experience and press “Finish”.
• Do not forget to collect your documents from the tray.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM, after which access will be automatically deactivated.

How does the cleaning and linen/towel change service work?

For stays of 7 nights or more, a full cleaning service is provided on the 4th or 5th night, similar to the service for a new guest arrival.
This includes a change of towels and bed linen and full cleaning except for washing dishes.
If you would like an additional cleaning service, please request it at least 24 hours in advance.

No, unfortunately, we do not have parking facilities.
