• Approach the entrance of Sholeo Lodges Las Canteras Flats and enter the access code on the keypad.
• Select your language.
• Fill in your details on the screen or scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email.
• If entering details manually, provide the surname of the main guest and booking number. If you are unsure, call +34 928 335 960.
• Check your details and press the arrow to continue.
• Prepare identification documents for all guests and scan them. You cannot proceed without all required documents.
• If details are correct, press “Next”.
• Sign and accept the terms and conditions.
• Collect your keys: If payment is required, pay using the terminal next to the monitor. Otherwise, wait a few seconds for your keys to be processed.
• Read the important information, check your room number and access code, and press “Next”.
• You will receive an email with all the details.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM—access will be deactivated after this time.

For stays of 7 nights or more, a full cleaning service is provided on the 4th or 5th night, including towel and linen changes (except for washing dishes). Additional cleaning services can be requested with 24 hours’ notice.
