• If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Las Canteras Flats, approach the door and enter the access code on the keypad.
• Select your language.
• Fill in the details displayed on the screen or scan the QR code that you will have received in the booking confirmation email. If you choose to enter the details manually, input the surname of the main guest and the booking number. If you do not know it, please contact our reception at +34 928 335 960.
• Check that the details are correct and press the arrow to continue.
• Prepare the identification documents of all guests included in the booking and press the icon displayed on the screen. You will not be able to proceed if you do not have all the required identification documents or if you have changed the guests without prior notification. If this occurs, an emergency call will be made.
• Enter your details: place the front side of the ID card or passport of the main guest into the designated slot in the self-check-in machine. Depending on the type of document, a green message will appear instructing you to scan the back side as well. It is important that the green message appears after scanning the front. If, for any reason, scanning is not possible, you may enter the details manually.
• A screen will appear displaying all the completed details. Press the “Next” button to continue.
• Enter the details shown on the next screen. Fields marked with an asterisk (*) are mandatory.
• If the details are correct, this screen will appear. Press “Next”.
• Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed. You will not be able to continue if this step is not completed.
• Key collection: If there is any outstanding balance, the amount will be displayed on the screen, and you can make the payment using the device next to the monitor. If there are no pending charges, please wait a few seconds while the room keys are processed.
• Read the important information, check your room number and access code. Once you have read everything, it is very important to press “Next”.
• You will also receive this information via email.
• Rate your experience and press “Finish”. Do not forget to collect your documents from the slot. Check-out time is at 11:00 AM, after which access will no longer be available.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. A full clean (similar to a new arrival) is carried out on the fourth or fifth night. Towels and bedding are changed, and everything is cleaned except for the dishes. If you wish to request additional cleaning, please notify us 24 hours in advance.
