Check-in is possible any time after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.
Early check-in and late check-out services are not available.

1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges La Cícer Flats, enter the access code on the keypad.
2. Select language.
3. Fill in the details on the screen or scan the QR code received in your booking confirmation email. If entering manually, input the surname of the main guest and booking number. If unsure, contact +34 928 335 960.
4. Review your details and press the arrow to continue.
5. Prepare the ID documents for all guests and scan them. You cannot continue if documents are missing or if guest details were changed without prior notice. In such cases, the emergency number will be contacted.
6. Scan your passport or ID, ensuring a green confirmation message appears. If scanning fails, enter the details manually.
7. Press “Next” once all details are completed.
8. Fill in any mandatory fields marked with an asterisk.
9. If everything is correct, press “Next”.
10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
11. Key collection: If payment is due, it will be displayed on-screen and must be made via the payment terminal next to the monitor. If no payment is required, wait a few seconds for the keys to be processed.
12. Read the important instructions, check your room number and access code, and press “Next”.
13. You will also receive email confirmation.
14. Check-out is at 11:00 AM—after this time, access codes will no longer work.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. From the seventh night, a full cleaning service will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night, similar to that provided for new guests.

• Towels and bed linen will be changed.
• The apartment will be cleaned except for dishes in the sink.
• Additional cleaning services can be requested with at least 24 hours’ notice (extra cost applies).
