If you are at Sholeo Lodges La Cícer Flats, approach the entrance and enter the access code on the keypad.

• Select language.
• Fill in the requested details on the screen or scan the QR code from the booking confirmation email. If you enter the details manually, input the guest’s surname and booking number. If unsure, contact reception at +34 928 335 960.
• Verify your details and press the arrow to continue.
• Prepare identification documents for all guests and scan them. If missing or changed guests haven’t been communicated, the process will be blocked, and an emergency call will be made.
• Enter your details: place the front of the ID or passport into the self-check-in slot. If required, scan the back of the document. Ensure a green confirmation message appears. If scanning fails, enter the details manually.
• Press “Next” once all details are complete.
• Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
• Key collection: If there’s an outstanding balance, the amount will be displayed, and payment must be made via the terminal next to the monitor. If there are no charges, wait for the key processing.
• Read the important information, check your room number and access code, and press “Next”.
• You will receive an email confirmation.
• Check-out is at 11:00 AM—after this time, access will be deactivated.

• Weekly cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more.
• Towels and bed linen are changed once a week.
• Extra cleaning is available (additional charge, request 24 hours in advance).
