Check-in is possible at any time after 15:00. Early check-in is not available.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00. Late check-out is not available.

1. If you are at Sholeo Lodges La Cícer Flats, enter the access code on the keypad.
2. Select language.
3. Fill in the requested details or scan the QR code received in your booking confirmation email. If entering details manually, provide the surname of the main guest and booking number. If unsure, contact +34 928 335 960.
4. Review your details and press the arrow to continue.
5. Scan the ID documents of all guests. If required documents are missing or guest changes were not communicated, the process will be blocked and emergency contact will be required.
6. Scan your passport or ID (both front and back if required). Ensure a green confirmation message appears. If scanning fails, enter the details manually.
7. Press “Next” once all details are completed.
8. Enter additional mandatory details.
9. If everything is correct, press “Next”.
10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed.
11. Key collection: If payment is due, the amount will be displayed and must be paid via the terminal next to the monitor. If no payment is due, wait a few seconds for key processing.
12. Review the important instructions, check your room number and access code, and press “Next”.
13. You will receive email confirmation.
14. Check-out is at 11:00 AM—after this time, access will be deactivated.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. From the seventh night, a full cleaning service will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night, similar to that provided for new guests. During this cleaning, towels and bed linen will be changed, and the entire apartment will be cleaned except for the dishes in the sink.

If you would like to request additional cleaning, it must be booked at least 24 hours in advance to arrange the service.
