We have 2 types of accommodation: Lodges and Flats, both of which offer a singular experience.

The Lodges are hotel-like establishments, with a unique quality. They have rooms with lots of personality, flexible spaces to connect and share experiences, gastronomy, swimming pool and solarium and reception area.

Flats are apartment complexes with all the equipment you need to feel at home. They also have areas for sharing experiences, coworking, rooftop solarium, self check-in and 24/7 phone service.

For Lodges, official check-in is from 15:00 h and check-out is at 12:00 h. We have different options for early check-in and late check-out, both with additional cost and subject to availability.

For Flats, check-in is possible any time after 15:00 h and check-out must be before 11:00 h.  We do not have an early check-in or late check-out service.

In Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes: the room is cleaned and bed linen is changed every 3 days, except for stays of 4 days, where it will be done on the second day. If you would like additional cleaning, it can be arranged at reception at a cost of €25, of which we donate €1 to the Foresta Foundation. If you only want an additional change of towels, the cost is €2,50/towel.

In the Flats: cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. A full clean will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night. During which, towels and bed linen will be changed and everything will be cleaned except the dishes in the sink. If you wish to hire additional cleaning, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

Our Lodges have a catering concept called Fast but Good: healthy, wholesome, fast and flexible food just like you. You have uninterrupted All-day-dining service, 100% flexible.
You can also book our breakfast buffet or half board, the latter only at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes, which includes breakfast buffet and dinner (with starter, main course and dessert without drinks), and at Sholeo Lodges Maspalomas we do not have a half board service.

At Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, you can enjoy the Cool Working Café with snacks, breakfast, pastries, coffee and other options, with free access for all Sholeo Lodges customers.

Only pets up to 15 kg are allowed. Also, please note that we only allow 1 pet per room or flat.
