Yes, we welcome cats and dogs at Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes. You can add your pet as an add-on during the booking process. Spots are limited, so we recommend flagging it as early as possible.

- Cost: 20 €/day
- Required documentation before check-in: up-to-date vet/vaccination record and valid liability insurance
- The pet must always be on a leash in shared areas

Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes doesn't have a private parking, but you can park for free on the surrounding streets.
To check in, you'll just need a valid photo ID or passport.
If you're traveling with a passport, remember it must be valid for at least 3 months after your departure date.

At Sholeo Lodges Los Gigantes we use a flexible cleaning system that's kinder to the environment. You decide when you want us to clean your room, avoiding unnecessary interruptions and helping us reduce our environmental impact.
Cleaning frequency:
- Room cleaning and bed-linen changes happen every 3 days
- Stays of less than 3 nights: no cleaning service included
- Bed linen is changed during the first cleaning service
If you want to request a cleaning or change the schedule, you can do it at reception or from the hotel's web app, in the "Personalize my stay" section.
Additional services:

Each room has a 42" TV with built-in Chromecast, so you can stream content from your phone, tablet or computer directly to the screen.
