Check-in is possible at any time after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00. We do not offer early check-in or late check-out services.

1. If you’re standing outside Sholeo Lodges Las Palmas Flats, go to the entrance, scan the QR code, and enter the access code provided using the keypad.

2. Once inside the building, scan the QR code displayed.

3. Select your preferred language.

4. Fill in the details shown on screen or scan the QR code from your booking confirmation email.

• If entering the details manually, input the lead guest’s surname and booking number.

5. Double-check your information and tap the arrow to proceed.

6. Have all ID documents for the guests ready and tap the icon shown on screen.

• You won’t be able to proceed without all the correct ID documents or if you’ve changed the guests without informing us beforehand.

• If that’s the case, please contact us on +34 928 335 960.

7. Enter your details:

• Scan the lead guest’s ID or passport using your phone — camera access will be required.
• A screen will display the completed details. Tap ‘Next’ to continue.

Prefer not to scan? You can also enter your details manually.

8. Fill in the required fields on the next screen — all fields are mandatory.

9. If the details are correct, the next screen will appear. Tap ‘Next’.

10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed — this step is essential.

11. Read the important information, including your room number and access code.

• Once you’ve read everything, be sure to tap ‘Next’.

12. You’ll also receive the information by email.

• Check-out is at 11:00 AM — after that, your access code will no longer work.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. From the seventh night onwards, a mid-stay clean similar to that for a new guest will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night.
During this cleaning, towels and bed linen will be changed, and the entire apartment will be cleaned, except for any dishes left in the sink.
If you would like to request an additional cleaning service, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance so we can arrange it.
