Check-in is available anytime after 15:00.
Check-out must be completed before 11:00.

1. If you are in front of Sholeo Lodges Santa Catalina Flats, approach the door and enter the access code on the keypad.
2. Select your language.
3. Fill in the details presented on the screen or scan the QR code received in your booking confirmation email.

• If using manual entry, enter the surname of the main guest and the reservation number.
• If unsure, contact our switchboard on +34 928 335 960.

4. Check that the details are correct and press the arrow to continue.
5. Prepare the identification documents for all guests and press the icon displayed on the screen.

• You won’t be able to proceed if you don’t have all the required documents or if you’ve changed the reservation guests without notifying us.
• If this happens, the emergency number will be called.

6. Enter your details: place your ID or passport, front side first, in the self-check-in slot.

• Depending on the document type, a green message will appear, indicating that you should repeat the process with the back of the document.
• Ensure the green message appears after scanning the front. If scanning is not possible, manual entry is an option.

7. A screen with all completed details will appear. Press “Next” to continue.
8. Enter the required details on the next screen. Fields marked with an asterisk are mandatory.
9. If the details are correct, this screen will appear. Press “Next.”
10. Sign and accept the terms and conditions to proceed. You won’t be able to continue without completing this step.
11. Key collection: if there is an outstanding balance, the screen will display the amount, which can be paid using the device next to the monitor.

• If no payment is required, wait a few seconds while your room keys are processed.

12. Read the important information, discover your room number and access code. Once you have read everything, it is crucial to press “Next.”
13. You will also receive the information via email.
14. Rate your experience and press “Finish.”

• Don’t forget to collect your documents from the slot.
• Check-out time is 11:00, after which access will be deactivated.

Cleaning is included for stays of 7 nights or more. From the seventh night, a full cleaning, similar to what is done for new guests, will be carried out on the fourth or fifth night. This includes a linen and towel change and a thorough cleaning, except for washing dishes in the sink. If you require additional cleaning, please notify us 24 hours in advance.

We do not have private parking. Most of our guests park on the street, which is free 24/7.
